and keep your impulse not to buy anything else from
list.
Don't be impulsive with the sales items like cookies, chips and soft drinks
on a fancy counter. Shop products that included high- fiber and low fat. It
is recommended to buy foods that has fat not more that 2 grams per 100 calories.
Try not to shop when you are really hungry and avoid going the aisles that
