Try not reach a restaurant
hungry, as you will end up indulging more as usual. Eat a piece of fruit or
vegetable serving before heading to a restaurant.
Always ask the waiter about
the menu or make a suggestion for serving the way you like. Restaurant always
wanted to please their customer and will take your suggestions, as they want
you to come back. So, don’t hesitate.
